Also, one of our aspirations is to create a vegan/vegetarian local “get together”, maybe once or twice a month where we can bring favorite meat free dishes, hang out, and talk about the social ups and downs of our animal friendly lifestyles. Birmingham Vegan Meet up Group — This is a group for vegan and vegan-friendly folks in Birmingham, Alabama. We will meet once a month at local vegan/vegetarian-friendly restaurants (or the occasional potluck) for lunch and fun. We are a diverse group and everyone is welcome!
